THE QUIEL BROS. SIGNS GUARANTEE
Quiel Bros. Sign Co. warrants products of its own against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. This warranty applies to the extent hereinafter set forth:
- Warranty includes materials and parts for one (1) year from date of installation. The labor to replace any material
and parts is covered for one (1) year from the date of installation under this warranty. This warranty is valid only
if all other terms and conditions within Quiel Bros. conditional sales agreement or leases are met.
- The warranty covers all components of the sign, which are manufactured by Quiel Bros. Sign Co.
Other components carry the warranty of the manufacturer of that item which may, or may not exceed Quiel Bros.
standard warranty period.
- All lighting elements, fluorescent lamps, neon, ballasts, transformers, and L.E.D.’s used within channel
letters and sign cabinets are warranted for one (1) year from date of installation. Illuminated electronic
message center faces are excluded; please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.
- Quiel Bros. recommended, furnished, and installed electronic message units and components to operate
and control the systems(s). These systems are warranted by the manufacture of the electronic message units
and are limited to specific parts only; please refer to manufacturer’s warranty.
- All lighting elements, fluorescent lamps, neon, ballasts, transformers, and L.E.D.’s used within channel
letters and sign cabinets are warranted for one (1) year from date of installation. Illuminated electronic
message center faces are excluded; please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.
- Quiel Bros. Sign Co. shall have no obligation under this warranty if:
- Signage is improperly installed by others not contracted by Quiel Bros. Sign Co.
- If the signage is damaged by acts of God, vandalism or any force of nature.
- Signage is improperly installed by others not contracted by Quiel Bros. Sign Co.
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, extending beyond those stated here. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The obligation of Quiel Bros. Sign Co. is limited to replacement of defective parts of components for the period of time as stated above. Quiel Bros. Sign Co. has no other obligation or liability for any other injury or damage resulting there from.
