Dear Jerry [Quiel],
I wanted to drop you a letter of thanks for your help with our new signs. I especially want to thank you for working overtime to get our signs installed so that we would have a very successful celebration Sunday on March 21. Thanks to your hard work and the hard work of your men our Celebration Sunday was a big success. We nearly doubled our attendance that Sunday and we have two new families who have joint our church because Celebrating Sunday was a success.
Not only was this special service a big success but your cooperation with our schedule made our marketing plans come together perfectly! We had planned that on Friday March 19th we would erect our new signs so that when people came home in the evening they would see the new signs. We also planned advertising in the Sun that coincided with the new signs and the name change in our church.
I know from talking with Ray Larson and the men who installed our signs that you were pushing hard to meet our schedule. I really appreciate your extra effort on our behalf! Your extra effort to install our signs was a big help to our church as we seek to reach our community for Christ!
Another positive aspect of our relationship with you was your workmen. These men carried themselves as true professionals. Not only were they extremely competent and efficient, but they were courteous, helpful and kind to our children and staff! You can relax as you send them out on jobs...they seem to be fine men.
Jerry, thanks again for your cooperation, sensitivity to our time schedule, hard work and beautiful signs. Your work and the work of your employees has helped us as we seek to reach our community with the message of Mountainside Community Church and Mountainside Christian School!
