Permit Technician
Able to work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities will include completion and filing of sign permit applications and sign programs. Computer skills and site survey experience required. Experience working with DSA a plus.

Installation/Service Manager
This position oversees all aspects of sign installation/service, and supervises 7 employees. This is an extremely responsible position and requires an understanding of the industry and knowledge of sign installation and manufacturing. Responsible for achieving planned gross margins, keeping establishment costs within budget, and maintaining all safety standards pertaining to shop and fleet. Works closely with engineering, design, estimating and sales departments.


  • Previous supervisor/management experience
  • Excellent communication, positive attitude, and people skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Outlook)
  • Ability to read blue prints, production prints, etc.

Candidate must also possess a valid state motor vehicle operator license and clean DMV record.

Class A Driver/Installer
Equipment operators with Class A drivers licenses are encouraged to apply. Previous sign installation experience preferred.


  • Experience with bucket trucks, ladders and other tools of the trade (and not afraid of heights)
  • Familiarity and experience driving throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles County
  • Ability to work early hours and overtime, when needed
  • Candidate must be reliable, responsible, and punctual

Candidate must also possess a valid state motor vehicle operator license and clean DMV record.

Production Shop Foreman
This position oversees all aspects of the production department, and requires an assertive, detail-oriented professional. This candidate will work with our international team, suppliers, contractors and customers. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Review accuracy of work orders prior to production – estimate, instructions, and artwork
  • Work with Production Coordinator to manage inventories for national accounts
  • Work with Production Coordinator and Purchasing to manage production material requirements
  • Oversee morning production meetings to review daily work load and coordinate shipping
  • Schedule shop personnel to achieve best efficiencies and on-time delivery
  • Review workloads and determine work/overtime schedules and hiring requirements
  • Prevent production errors (where possible) and document errors for informational purposes
  • Work to streamline efficiency and create best practices
  • Review manufacturing methods and provide guidance for PMs, art dept., and estimating
  • Review BOMs/estimates and make sure jobs come in at/ under budget
  • Approve shop drawings and standards
  • Oversee and work with estimating department to ensure accuracy
  • Work with Operations Manager to maintain safe work environment
  • Oversee U.L. compliance – work with Production Coordinator to keep accurate records, as required
